In the summer of 2022, Joe told Hailie that he was hungry with an idea. Hailie jumped on board with zero hesitation & shortly after that, with the help of many other amazing people, Fitchn became more than just an idea.
Fitchn brings together fit-healthy fare in a relaxed, modern kitchen. Through carefully sourced ingredients and a welcoming neighborhood spirit, we make nourishing food an easy reach for all! Our guests and the experiences they share with us are at the forefront of our minds. Providing exceptional customer service in addition to serving fuel-good fare, is our goal.

We opened our doors on May 29th, 2024!
After many months of trying (and failing) to come up with a name that we loved & that fit what we were trying to create... we finally turned to our friends at KNOCK, inc. and asked for their help! During our next meeting, the name "Fitchn" was presented to us, Joe loved it, Hailie was skeptical, and the rest is history! (Hailie now loves the name, btw)
